How do i change buyer feedback once given? How does the buyer change their feedback of me?

my buyer gave me great comments in feedback but a thumbs down by accident as they were on their phone. Can they change this?

requesting feedback change can end in a blocked account according to the new terms, i now this is unreal, but that’s the way it is now unfortunately
