How do I deal with unresponsive buye?


I have a buyer for my gig and inspite of mentioning that you need to message me before placing the order, the buyer directly went ahead and ordered the gig without any message.

My messages have not not received any response. Without the buyers response, I am unable to proceed with the work.

What should I do? Please guide me.

If there is no way to do the work you need to cancel it and explain why in the cancelation.

You just have to cancel. I asked someone twice for the attachments they referred me to and when they didn’t respond, I opted to cancel… they immediately agreed which was weird, lol
