xoom8homes Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 I am a customer. I keep getting a “You have an unread message waiting for you” and a “1” on my To Do list. Whether I click "Respond " or click on the messages links, the to do message remains there. My inbox is empty with no follow-ups pending. Ideas?
