How do I "download" a graphic design gig I purchased?

I have a gig where I purchased a brochure design. The designer posted that it has been delivered but I don’t see where I can download it from my dashboard. The dashboard gives me an option to rate the seller, but the seller hasn’t responded to my follow up questions or comments.
