I have done a great injustice to my seller by mistakenly giving him a 0.5 star rating instead of a 5! How do I fix this?
I think you have 3 days to edit the rating. Go back to the rating and click on “Edit”.
If you don’t know how to get there click on “Dashboard”–“Buying”–“Manage Orders” click on the order and scroll all the way down to the feedback you have left.
If the 3 days have passed and you are unable to edit it you can reach out to customer support for assistance.
