How do I get my money back if the order was cancelled?

My logo designer and I agreed to disagree on my logo. And I am not ordering another logo immediately. So, could somebody please tell me where to ask for a refund?

If it has already been placed in your Fiverr credit area you can keep it there safely until you are ready to use it. As mentioned in the Fiverr ToS when you sign up, refunds are in the form of Fiverr credit.
