How do i get my money back?

I ordered a $60 gig that was ment to be delivered in 5 days it been 3 weeks and still nothing. He sent messages saying itvis on it way and marked the order complete after 10 days or so. I’ve contacted him and he just keeps saying it’s coming it won’t let me cancelled since he has marked it delivered :frowning:

The were very helpful when my client wanted to have their work removed from my portfolio as is his right to privacy. They resolve that in less than a day.
