How do I get the bloody thing to work

Ordered two logo designs same seller. one shows delivered, but I cannot figure out how to open the design, is there a secret button. Most of the discussion seems to be about getting paid or fixing foul-ups, but all i want is to find how I can see my order is there a secret to the little box or what?

Did you scroll down to the bottom of the delivery message? There is usually an attachment that you can download.

Unless the seller did not deliver the work and just sent a message so they would not be marked late.

Check for a download first, then if you do not find one ask the seller if they can resent you the files.
