A buyer paid for a Getty stock image with his order, but now doesn’t want it. How do I refund that part of the order?

You could offer a free extra to make up for it. Put on your thinking cap to think of some way to compensate with something nice to add to the order for free.
Is there some way to show the buyer all the stock images available to see if there is one they might prefer to have?
