How do I give instructions to a seller?

My instructions are for customizing a WP site. I’m not able to send the seller the login info or password because the information keeps getting blocked by fiverr. I imagine it is filtered because it seems as if I’m trying to send an outside email address? I have no idea. I’m sure there’s a common solution, but this is my first purchase on fiver. How do you all give directions in this scenario?
