How Do I Handle Troublesome Buyers

I recently delivered rewriting service to a buyer who wanted me to enhance readability and correct grammatical errors.

Upon delivery, he/she quickly cancelled and demanded for a refund showing me 2 other copies rewritten by different freelancers.

I figured out that the same document was given to about 3 freelancers. Having already accepted one delivery, they decided to cancel with the rest.

I have contacted CS but haven’t gotten any response yet.

What do I do now?

Refuse all requests to cancel and make sure CS knows you don’t want to cancel. Include the screenshot of what the buyer sent you.

Thanks. I have done that. I just hope CS doesn’t favor the buyer in the end.

I can’t afford a dent in my account standing.
