How do I leave feedback? [RESOLVED 2013 BUT NOW OUT-DATED]

I feel really silly asking this. It must be obvious but I don’t see how to do it and I don’t have time to keep looking.

I have only bought two gigs so far and i would like to give the seller excellent feedback. I have thanked the seller privately but I would appreciate knowing how to leave public feedback.

After the gig has been marked as delivered, you should see two thumb options on the order page (at the bottom, under the delivery message)



The green thumb is for a positive rating, the red is for a negative.



Simply select a thumb, and then write a review to go along with it.

Sorry it has taken me awhile to get back and thank you. I really appreciate you response and it certainly did help. I have left well-deserved positive feedback and now I will know what to do in the future.

This is the second time I have bought this gig from millhopper. He is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. This time he came through for me when I made a very last minute request, and he delivered a high-quality video of a webinar waaay before his posted expected delivery time.

This was the first fiverr gig I ever purchased and it was a totally positive experience. I have since bought a second one and will no doubt be back again. Millhopper is very pleasant and easy to deal with, and both videos of webinars were of great quality.

Well that system is flawed. I ordered something, and I’m not picky at all. The seller missed the deadline (for good reasons). I gave the seller an extra 7 days. The seller still failed to deliver the item.



I cancelled my order, despite the fact that the seller told me it was finished - simply because it was for a Christmas present for a Christmas party and I was supposed to give it to a coworker. But it was so late, the party was over before my order was delivered!



Now I want to leave feedback (fair feedback, not totally negative) - because my order was never delivered and 2 deadlines had passed!



So I can’t leave any feedback about my experience???

It always feel good to seller when they get a good positive feedback from buyer because it encourage them to do better job than they have done. :smiley:

After delivering, select the thumbs accordingly.

Like thumbs up : Positive

Thumbs down : Negetive

So you can’t leave a rating unless you have actually purchased a gig? So how do you deal with a situation where the contractor is downright rude, and you decide not to have any deal with them because of their attitude? This is just to let others know. It is not just about money. I believe that being polite, replying on time and not ignoring the other party is also about service. I had at least 2 instances where I decided not to have anything with the contractor because of their “could not care less”, and rude attitude.

Both contractors were from India, though I must admit that I have worked with the finest talent from India - very professional, very courteous.

HI, seems i can’t find it neither. I see rejected in the order page, even though the order was delivered, and cannot see anywhere any thumbs to leave feedback ,please help kind peoples.
