How do i logout of fivver?

How the hell do i logout and get help on this platform?

I cannot logout of the platform and no where to get help?

Hi,

You can logout from Fiverr by clicking on “Logout” from the drop-down menu that pops up when you click on your profile image on the top right-hand side of Fiverr’s homepage. Here’s a screenshot ⬇️

You can get help from Fiverr by submitting a ticket to their Customer Support (CS) team. You can do so at this link:

https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

They will take anywhere from 24-48 hours to reply back to you. Also, I think you would need to be logged in to submit a ticket to CS.

Whatever is happening for you, it doesn’t seem to happen for everyone. I can log out fine, but if I store my username and password in the browser then it will log me back in. (User intention or error depending on how you look at it.) I have used the ticketing system in the past week, got a response from Support in 26 hours and the issue was resolved.
