How do I rate a poor performance if I received my fee back?


I sent a letter for proofing and received a poorly edited document back after 1 day. I asked for a refund which they gave me but there seems to be no option for me to record a poor recommendation. It cost me a day’s time for an important document. Shouldn’t the sellers profile show dissatisfied customers?

I’ve used a few other sellers with good results so I’m just looking for a way to ensure integrity at Fiverr.



Since you did a mutual cancellation, you cannot give feedback on the order. If you had left it, and then given negative feedback - that would have been an option, although you would have not got your money back.
