How do I report somebody who has asked me to do something against TOS?

I had a buyer request that I do a few gigs for him and he would split the profits from the gigs 50/50 with me. I have no idea what that even means in real money, but I do know it is against the TOS to buy or sale outside of fiverr. I told the buyer that I wasn’t willing to do it because it is against the TOS, but I don’t want any future problems with this person or negative feedback or anything. Where do I report this situation?
