How do I request a language to be added to translation languages??

How do I request a language to be added to the drop-down list Translation languages? I was going to submit a ticket but not sure if it’s the correct way to do so. Looking at the forums, they probably have their hands full. Does anyone know how I should go about doing this?

I submitted a ticket for Gujarati language and told them about how adding Gujarati language can help them. Then they said they’ve forwarded my request to product development team. I advise you to do the same and contact CS.
