How do you know that buyers have bought other's gig in Buyer Request section?

Hello Sellers,

Does anybody have an idea that in the buyers section (where buyers post their request) that whether or not a buyer have hired someone else or have bought other’s gig rather than yours and for how much? or if he/she has turned down his/her request?

Any guesses?
