How do you organize your gigs

I have a question for people that have a lot of clients (3+) and that not only use fiverr but have other online gigs (maybe freelance or use sites like upwork etc). How do you organize your gigs and what software do you use (if any). What is your workflow to document client needs, contacts etc?
