How does a level 2 seller reach feautured seller status?

Finally, am a level 2 seller now and my ratings is so close to getting to 95%. I think gaining featured seller tag is the only next high I could reach, since 100% rating is impossible for me now. How does one becomes featured? I understand its hand picked, but whats the criteria and what approach I should follow?
