How fiverr counts response rate?

how the Fiverr counts response rate? it should be based on the 1st message right? I don’t have any new messages left which are unread but it is showing my response rate dropped to 80%!
Is Fiverr started counting who send the last message? I don’t know what is happening! is it a bug or what?

Check if you have any messages that went to spam automatically. Sometimes it does affect stats even if it shows that spam message wouldn’t affect your response rate
