How Fiverr helps a new comer to move up?

I created a gig on Excel in which I am very good at. But there are many gigs on excel with many stars and rating up there. If a client comes, she/he will obviously want to assign the task to gigs with stars and review rather than to a new comer. How does Fiverr handles this?
