How Fiverr Promoted Gig

Hi guys… I have seen Gig Promote option in my friends account. He is promoting his gig via Fiverr. How can I also get this option?

one of my gigs been featured from last 6 months was great experience and then suddenly 2 mistakenly placed order took it away 😦
