How fiverr response time works?

i am a new seller and i have got 5 star review but my response time is 4 hours see https://www.fiverr.com/daveaba /…even if i am trying to deliver and respond to my messages within an hour it doesnt change my response time, these implies to me the platform isn’t perfect. so can someone explain how fiverr response time works

You have to sleep some and if you get messages over night, those are also calculated in it. Mine usually is around 2-3 hours, even though during the day, I respond in several minutes. Also, if people ask you long questions and you have to research and write essays for a response, those delays will also make your time slower, Even though you are providing incredible service.
