How if fund has been taken while buyer request refund?

Now we can do mutual cancelation after completed order. But fund has been cleared and taken. How can we do that ?

You’ve only been on Fiverr for 3 days… I promise you that your funds haven’t been cleared and taken yet. It takes them about 2 weeks to clear funds.
