there is two thing one is response time 2nd Response Rate when some one text you and you give an answer that is response time the 2nd is when some one text you and you have done a job with him its Response Rate

According to Fiverr it is the “percentage of first responses sent within 24 hours over the last 30 days”.
If you respond to every message you receive (or at least the ones from users who have never contacted you before I think) within 24 hours it should always be 100%.
