How Long After Clearance is Actual Payment?

Quite a few of my gigs are scheduled to “clear” today, September 30, 2013. It’s now 11:04 am in my time zone, and thus almost 1/2 of the day is gone. Should I expect to wait until 11:59 pm for the funds to clear and become available on PayPal (which tells me that there may be another 3-4 days before I can withdraw the funds from my checking account) ? 🙂 Just curious…
