my account got restricted ,and i contacted CS about it …thet said they are currently working on it …please how long will it take to activate my account back
Them “working on it” doesn’t mean that they wil reactivate your account, they can also permanently ban it.
Why did it get restricted in the first place?

You’re going to have to work with CS on this. We cannot help you un-restrict your account, nor do we know Fiverr’s timetable for resolution (which can be different in each instance). Talk to CS, and see what instructions, advice, or information they are willing to share with you.
