How long does it take for a cancellation to translate in your profile once the CS cancels it?

Hello! So yesterday, I got another one of those dreaded orders- an academic text. Today morning, I raised a ticket with the CS and within a few hours, I got a response from the CS that the order has been cancelled. However, I did not receive any notification on my Fiverr profile that the order has been cancelled and the timer is still running! How does that work?

it may be bug try to contact them again if your order was cancelled there will be no timer and your order page will grey out.

I have. They are insisting that it’s been cancelled.
