How long does it take for customer support to reply?

I created a new gig on the 27th and found out on the 28th that it had been refused for “copying another seller” even though I had in no way copied another seller.

I messaged customer support to try and find out what was going on (also on the 28th) but I’ve not heard back from them yet.

This is the first time I’ve tried to contact them so I was wondering if a 5-6+ day wait was normal or if I needed to chase them up about it?

Generally, Customer Support will respond as soon as they are able. Please be patient. They are very busy people.
