How long does it take for support to reply to you? I’ve had my gig taken down incorrectly and I need to understand why this was done.

Roughly 2 minutes to 7 minutes as a top rated seller.
I think it can be a day to 2 days if you don’t have a level yet.

So basically to become a top seller you need to have popular gigs and thus you get the support from Fiverr you need. But those like me who are brand new, with no level status who have had their gigs removed with just a vague reason, you have to wait a day, week or months.
Does this all sound a little unfair to a new seller? Unless we get feedback on where we have gone (Or in my case, just selling my own work) how can move forward?
I hope someone from Fiverr can explain what’s going on.

Wrong. I've had great support thru all my levels.

Did you even read my reply? I'm a TRS and I've waited days and weeks for a response.
Support works. You just have to be patient.
Hi there! Don’t worry, they should respond pretty quickly; I’m brand new as well (23 days now) and I had a bit of an issue a week or so ago that I needed support for- I expected it to take quite a while but they got back to me within minutes and they resolved the issue really fast as well.
I found them to be friendly and helpful, so I’m really sorry about your gig but I’m betting they’ll have you sorted out soon!
Reply to @voiceoverwork: OK I suppose I have to wait but on other forums I’ve been dealt with in a very quick time frame, 24 hours. It was Wednesday I raised the request and still nothing. Based on what you’re saying I’ll wait and see what happens.
Reply to @canadianwriter: Thanks for taking the time to respond. A few minutes wow, I’ve waited 2 days now. Maybe it’s me, I’ll give it a week. Sad because until I know what the problem is I cannot offer any more services without worrying if the same thing will happen again.
