How long does it take for withdrawals?

hello to all fellow freelancers
I started my Fiverr account in MARCH 2020. I added my bank account to get money directly via Payoneer but the button on the earnings page is still disabled for me and it says “your application is being processed” whenever I hover the mouse pointer over since March. Now on September 28th, I finally had some sum to withdraw as I needed that money for some work so with no other options left I went with Paypal ( i know it deducts more fees and all) but after 2 days i.e till today I haven’t received anything in my PayPal account and the Paypal button on the earning page is also now disabled saying" withdrawal in progress" whenever I hover my mouse pointer over it.

SOMEBODY, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO NOW.
