How long should I wait in this case

I have an order that has been in “pending requirement submission” state for quite a few days, way more than the estimated delivery time.



I already have the work but the buyer only contacted me once via private message letting me know that this was their first experience buying at fiverr, and that the order was made. Since that I have not heard from the person and I wanted to know if having a pendin requirements order is something that affects our rank as sellers here at fiverr?
