How long will take to change previous review to new one

Hi,

My buyer give me somewhat low rating accidentally to me. After that she tell me she want to change that reveiw. So I send request using resolutions centre. And she accepted and change the reveiw. How long it takes to update my profile with new rating?

Have a question. If I delete the gig that has low ratings then will my ratings shown as not rated again? If yes, then can I send again offers to buyer requests
