Hi.

From what I have understood from several previous forum posts on this topic, It apparently varies a lot. It depends on the severity of the ToS violation. It could be 3… It could be 2… I’ve even read forum posts about cases where they have sometimes banned a person after just 1 warning because the ToS violated was a very serious one.

The answer to your question would be… There is no exact number. It’s all in the hands of the Fiverr staff.

So, just stay safe and you will have one less thing in your life to be worrying about 🙂
