How much do you pay with PayPal?

I’m new to Fiverr so forgive me if this sounds stupid. I know that all services are at a flat $5 rate. As a buyer, when you pay via PayPal, do you pay the $5 or do you have to add something else? I ask because I know PayPal charges a bit so do you have to cover that too, or just pay $5 and you’re good.

$5 is the flat charge you don’t pay anymore unless you order a gig extra with your order. But there are no commissions to pay from the buyer side, the price you see is the price you pay.

Please let me know that, what are the other sources for paying $5, if a buyer have not paypal account.
