How much do you wanna earn?

Hi.
I’m not sure if I have selected the correct category or not but here’s the question.
When we make a new account on fiverr, it asks us how much do you want to earn? There are options like under 500$, or 500-1000$ or beyond 1000$.
Now the problem is, I’ve been on fiverr for quite a while now but I haven’t crossed 1000$ earning once. A thought pop up in my mind today whether if it has something to do with the fact that I selected “500-1000$” back when I made the account. Does that have any effect on account performance. What do you think?
