How new buyer add debit card to fiverr

Hello guys. How are you. Hope you are doing great today. I just receive an order from a new seller, who created his fiverr account in april 2020. He placed me an order, but additional to it he also asked me that he’s new here and uptil now he can’t link his debit card to fiverr. so, how he linked his debit card to fiverr?
Now my question from you is that i complet his order but up till now i can’t deliver it. if i delivered his order and he can’t link his card to fiverr then either fiverr give me my payment generated from this order or not?
