How newbies get their gigs featured on fiverr?

I was just browsing through the Fiverr page and saw many new arrival gigs have featured on the main page. How does this even happen? I’m a level 2 seller with >95% positive rating and why don’t this happen to sellers like us? I would like to know how this system works.
