I replied all of my inbox messages. But my response rate is 89% and also I delivered my orders on time. But my delivered on time rate is 96%. Why is that? And can this do any impact to my gigs? Thank you!

There’s been a bug in the response time algorithm and it may still be there. If it’s bothering you then ask CS to check and reset it.
There’s no reported bug in the delivered on time rate but you could ask CS to check. The delivered on time rate covers 60 days so if you were even a little late on an order in the past 60 days it will show in that rate.
Sometimes the system gets stuck. I find if I contact customer support… they re-start my system and the numbers come back to where they belong.
what I did understand from my response rates, Is that you have replied 89% of your messages within 1 hour and you were late in 11% of the messages in the first hour. when your response rates go bellow 75% they will change your response to 2 hours and will show the new response rate according to that.
