How the buyer will revise the Star Ranking

One of my client is given me low ranking and now he wants to change it. He is asking me how to fix this problem. Kindly guide me what step I will tell him that he will revise my stars from low to high. It is urgent please.

It’s somewhere in the order page where you as a seller can ask the buyer to modify feedback. Do note that Fiverr doesn’t encourage this and I believe it affects your gig in some way (i think it’s gig placement and other stuff).
