How to allow buyer to change review?

How can buyer change their review after order completion, one of the buyer actually misspelled my name and they want to change it. However they’re not able to edit and re-send. I checked resolution center and can’t see any other option, just “Contact Support” is there. What are my options ?

You have no options in this regard. Reviews can no longer be changed.
