Could anyone tell me that how i contact with the Fiverr to ask for a refund as we can not contact with the seller now and her gig has stopped, but she did not finish the reviews.
You can submit a ticket to Fiverr on the Customer Support page. There is also a link at the top of this forum to contact support. Sorry you had difficulties!
The one thing that I love is that the support email is always monitored. CS pretty much gives you benefit of the doubt and will work their tails off to make a situation right!
