How to apply in Buyer Request?

Fiverr gave me a warning

" For your security, please don’t include URL in your description.
Your changes have not been saved"

I am not using any url. By the way, While applying in Buyer Request I provide my previous work link, is it good for me or restricted?

Website url. May be it’s restricted for Description (Profile Description)

First go profile > from menu click on More bar > here you ill see a couple of option including buyer request. click on it, there you will find your active buyer request based on your services and skills…
