As a buyer, how can I approve an uncompleted order?
I ordered a video testimonial from a buyer. To get the extra time, I needed to buy separate gigs, to string them together. Since it was a new, level one seller, she couldn't create extra gigs. So, I ordered a total of four gigs, and she produced the video, which then fulfilled the one gig. Now, I have those other three gigs outstanding. No work has been performed on these other three gigs, since all work was performed under the initial gig.
How can I get completion on these other three gigs?
Ask your seller to mark the order as delivered by sending a message using the “delivery” box.
Once that happens, you will be able to mark it as complete and rate it, just as you did with the first order.
