How To Avoid Getting Scammed when posting Custom Requests

I have posted several custom job orders. I accept an offer and then the seller tells me that I did not buy my custom order but their normal order. The dispute system is silly and the Seller just cancels my request.

How do I avoid this in the future save avoiding Custom Jobs all together?
