How to block a bad buyer?

One of a buyer intentionally purchasing my basic 5$ gig to damage my cancellation rate and fiverr level. I don’t know him. I have completed a job of 70$ successfully of him. Now he understands the fiverr seller’s weakness. He is purchasing 5$ gig and asking around 200$ task, I can’t satisfy him to complete all the works either cancel the job. I had to send additional custom offer, relationship is not going well with him.

Now he purchasing my basic gig again and again and I am canceling all orders. This buyer behavior is very unprofessional How can block him? I can’t see any option. Please help me.

Problem solved. After cancelling the order i am able to block the buyer.
