How to block a potential buyer?

I don’t want to sell my services to a buyer with whom I currently talking. How can I block a buyer who has not yet placed an order?

You can block someone from Fiverr Mobile app.

That’s a great question.

You should go to that person’s profile page and look for the Block button. Pressing it will stop the buyer from talking to you, seeing you and ordering from you.

The catch is that sometimes the button is there and sometimes it isn’t. But I definitely blocked a potential buyer who’ve never ordered from me before a few weeks back.

Since you’re talking to that buyer, you can click “Report” on one of the messages (only if there’s something at least suspicious to report, though), pick the reason for reporting, and then check the option that prevents the buyer from messaging you again. It also blocks them from ordering from you (or at least that’s the message you’ll see, that the buyer is blocked and can no longer message you or order from you).

That’s what it says on their profile after you block them in messages.

No the conversation is not suspicious but reviews on his profile is. I don’t want to spend my precious time on serving a person who may latter on drag the order or harm my reputation.

By the way I blocked the person using Fiver app at mobile.
