How to block someone from ordering?

I need to know if i can do that, since someone keep order and cancel and want to order again, and I do not want to waste more time with same person,

So, how I am able to do that?

There is no way to block someone from ordering. You should politely tell the person who keeps ordering you can’t help them and they will be better served with a different seller.

Only possible way, is if they sent you a message in the inbox, that you haven’t responded to, and you click the “report” button. It might stop them in the future. But often this doesn’t work. (And it’s not really the intended use of the feature) But if you have such a message, it can’t hurt to try it.
