How to Boost Fiverr sales?

I want to ask this question to those top rated seller or those who has more then 1000+ sales like how to boost sales. We get customer on limited basis on fiverr. Although i am doing good and work quality is also good so what factor fiverr looks in seller that determine gig ranking and gives more exposure to gig.

Also i notice some new seller has more then 120+ reviews in 2-3 months which means they has 140+ sales approx so how they start getting so many sales even from start.
