Hello. After several days of delay on the order I opened a dispute because the seller was not responding. After two days he tells me that I can cancel the order but I don’t know how. can you help me? thanks
Hi there! You should visit the “Resolution centre” in your order. Inside the order, you should see something like this:
“Have any issues with your order?
Visit the Resolution Center.”
Click that, and then you can request a cancellation. You should be able to do that from there, which is the same place where you opened the dispute.
If you can’t, you could get in touch with customer support and they will help you out.
